  The primary bedroom on the main floor has a king-size bed with a Zinus memory foam mattress. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom is shared by the two main floor bedrooms.

  The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and access to the shared bathroom.

  Upstairs is the second king bed on the right, also a Zinus memory foam mattress.

  There is plenty of room for your luggage on this end of the loft.

  There is a twin bed also on this end of the loft in case anyone wants to sleep in their own bed.

  The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and also room for storage.

  The kitchen is getting a makeover before now and Spring. We are going to create a glow up and greater functionality!

  The fireplace is also getting a makeover. The current insert is being replaced with an electrical insert so you can have a fire any time you want it.

  The current peninsula is a key part of the workhouse of the kitchen. While it's small, we are looking to create a mighty kitchen for turning out your favorite meals while on vacation!

  The open floor plan will allow you to spread out yet still be together, whether cooking in the kitchen, lounging on the couch, or playing cards at the table.

  The sun streams in from the lake in the afternoon, washing the main living area for the golden hour.

Primary Bedroom (main level): King bed, ensuite with access to shared areas—bright, calming, and comfortable.
Bedroom 2 (main level): Queen bed, shares bath with primary, perfect for couples or friends.
Loft Bedroom (upper level): Spacious and versatile. One end features a queen bed open to the living room below; the other end offers privacy with a king bed and twin. A hallway twin connects both ends—ideal for kids or extra guests.

Two full bathrooms, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soft towels, and all essentials. One ensuite to the primary, the second shared but conveniently located. Clean, bright, and guest-ready.

Step out onto the large deck overlooking Lake Ann. Enjoy 100 feet of flat, private lakefront, complete with dock, kayaks, paddleboards, and a propane grill for easy outdoor dining. Evenings come alive around the firepit, with s’mores, stories, and sunsets. The yard is spacious and safe for kids and pets alike.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

🌿 Other Things to Note 🐾 Pet Friendly: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after them. 👶 Kid Friendly: Includes pack ’n play, high chair, toys, and books.
